In this time of great concern over the spread and containment of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to let you know that we are taking the utmost precaution to protect the health and well-being of our customers and our employees. We have taken protective measures as outlined by the CDC, WHO, and local health & human services to ensure that our employees remain healthy so we can continue serving our community:

  • Our technicians will wear protective gloves and booties. They also have face coverings and will wear them upon request.
  • Our technicians also have a UV wand to keep their tools, laptop and van free of germs.
  • Our office is stocked with sanitizing products, including hand sanitizer.
  • We require that any employee who feels sick remain home.
  • We are offering paid time off for any employee who feels sick.
  • We have implemented a “Don’t Shake Hands” policy.
  • We require notice prior to arrival if you or anyone in your household are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. These include but are not limited to fever, cough, and shortness of breath. We will be happy to reschedule your service appointment for a later date.

We also want you to know we have been listed as an Essential Business, because having working appliances in the home is essential.
